1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only.
Some products or livestock may be unavailable for shipment to certain regions due to:

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders where safe transport cannot be guaranteed.
2. Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed within:

1–3 business days for dry goods and aquarium equipment

1–5 business days for livestock orders depending on health checks, weather, and shipping schedules
During sales periods or high-demand releases, processing times may increase.
3. Livestock Shipping Schedule
To reduce the risk of delays and protect animal welfare, live animals are generally shipped:

We may postpone livestock shipments during:

Severe weather events

Public holiday disruptions

Courier network delays
If a shipment is delayed for animal safety, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
4. Packaging Standards
All livestock are packed using appropriate professional aquarium shipping methods which may include:

Oxygen-filled bags

Secure containment materials
While we take every reasonable precaution, shipping live animals always carries some level of inherent risk.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Courier pricing
Additional charges may apply for oversized aquariums, fragile products, or remote locations.
6. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery estimates:

Metro areas: 1–4 business days

Regional areas: 2–7 business days
Courier delays outside of our control may occur.
7. Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive livestock deliveries where required.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate before checkout.
Willow Current Aquatics is not responsible for:

Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

Delays caused by customer errors

Additional reshipping fees
9. Authority to Leave
For livestock orders, we strongly recommend that parcels are not left unattended.
If a customer authorises a parcel to be left unattended:

All responsibility transfers to the customer once delivered

Live Arrival Guarantee eligibility may be void
10. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

Take clear photos immediately

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Retain all packaging materials where possible
Failure to report damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.
11. Live Arrival Guarantee
Live Arrival Guarantee conditions are outlined separately in our Livestock Policy.
Customers must follow all reporting requirements and timeframes to qualify for support relating to live arrival concerns.
12. Delays Outside Our Control
Willow Current Aquatics is not liable for delays caused by:
